Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages are net prices plus the statutory VAT of 19% and other price components.

We deliver our products worldwide and only by prepayment. We ship with DHL and DHL Express. All orders are processed and shipped exclusively on working days from Monday to Friday (excluding German public holidays). Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed the next working day. Orders for which payment is received in our account by 14:00 will be dispatched on the same day. Orders and payments after 14:00 will be dispatched the following working day. After your package is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your shipment number so that you can track your shipment status.

Delivery within Germany

In addition to the specified product prices, we charge a flat rate for delivery within Germany 5,95 Euro plus VAT . per order. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

We ship throughout Germany from an order value of 99 euros plus VAT. Free shipping (except express shipping, shipping costs).

For payment by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 8,50 Euro plus VAT . which the deliverer (DHL) charges on site.

If you would like to have your parcel delivered very quickly, we offer DHL Express shipping. It is important that we receive your payment by 14:30. It is therefore essential that you check that we have received your payment.

Delivery DHL Express next working day (Mon-Fri) without time request: 14,90 Euro plus VAT.

Delivery DHL Express next working day (Mon-Fri) with time request until 12:00 noon: 19,90 Euro plus VAT.

If you would like a Saturday delivery with Dhl Express, please contact us by phone or email. If you order Express on Friday, DHL will not deliver until Monday.

Wellness loungers are shipped with a forwarding agent
