Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the best payment method for you. The shipping costs are partly dependent on the selected payment method and origin. The prices stated in the respective offers are net prices. They include all price components plus any applicable taxes such as value added tax. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they can be called up via the “Shipping costs” page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.

Cash on delivery (pay cash to the parcel carrier)
After the purchase has been completed, we will send the goods to you. For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 8,50EUR. VAT. cash on delivery charges, which must be paid directly to the parcel delivery company. You will see the fees in the order confirmation. Please have the invoice amount ready; the parcel deliverer will collect cash on delivery (no checks).

Direct debit with Paypal
Paypal collects the invoice amount of your order from your registered bank account after the order has been placed. We receive the money from Paypal in advance.

On account with Ratepay (Paypal)

You can choose the payment method purchase on account with Ratepay when ordering. With this payment method, we receive the money from Paypalpay immediately after a successful order. Ratepay and Paypal are partners. We will then send the order to you and also issue an invoice for the goods. But you must pay the money to Ratepay within 30 days. Ratepay will send you an email with the required bank details directly after your order.

Sofortüberweisung – The fastest payment option is the TÜV-certified “Sofortüberweisung” from Payment Network AG. For this payment method you only need your online banking data, such as PIN and TAN data. This service is free of charge for you! You can make a bank transfer directly after placing your order without having to switch to your bank’s website. With instant bank transfer, you don’t have to wait long for your shipment, as the items will be sent to you immediately or within two working days (assuming the buyer is creditworthy)
